Our Team
Kirti Pande serves as the Founder of Aido, where she creates "Voice first" solutions for information exchange in oncology.
She loves a challenge, especially climbing new highs and implementing innovation.
Kirti has more than 15 years of experience in Oncology analytics and marketing. She previously worked at BMS, leading global commercial analytics & performance for oncology.
She was part of the launch team for Opdivo and Emplicity. Kirti's career also includes roles at IQIVA, ImpactRx and Fresenius Kabi where she helped launch analytical oncology product offerings.
Kirti earned her MpH degree from Columbia University.
Priyanka Pande looks after operations.
She has launched digital products and applications used by both field forces and retail consumers for a fortune500 company. She is an erstwhile entrepreneur having setup and run her
architectural practice in India.
Her design firm was incubated by the National Design Business Incubator (NDBI).
Priyanka has over a decade of international work experience in digital and consumer experience related roles. She holds an undergraduate degree in Architecture and an MBA from HEC, Paris.
Anu Gadre heads business development.
She specializes in digital go-to-market strategy and is our MVP champion.
Anu has over 8 years of market research and business development experience. She holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and an MBA from HEC, Paris.
